For a full refund (This applies to all our products in standard dimensions).

CUSTOM DIMENSIONS

All our furniture designs have standard dimensions (specified on all our product descriptions). Sometimes, our standard dimensions may not fit your space perfectly. You need it a little shorter, wider, taller, more shelves, more seating capacity, the list goes on. Tell us which design you like, and we will craft it according to your needs.

365-DAY WARRANTY

Another handy service that our customers at 16’96 love is our One Year Limited Warranty. This starts from the date of delivery. Any metal or solid wood structural failures from residential, non-commercial usage, threading, button, upholstery-related failures are all covered in our Warranty. You do not have to chip a penny for it.

INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTATION

Some of our customers have come to us asking “Hey, I am thinking of making an office.
